What does this mean?

This means we do not have the product in stock but can order it in for you. 

How long will it take to be shipped to me?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to be shipped out to you. This allows us to order it, receive it & then send it to you. 

What if the item is on backorder?

Some products can be on backorder. If this is the case, we will contact you once we receive your order and advise the ETA. If you are concerned, please contact us before placing your order.
