Workshop Policies

All repairs that are booked in gives us permission to perform the work. Quotes are no longer available and it is up to the customer to repair or replace before booking in. We are not responsible for a repair costing more than expected. We do not contact you before going ahead with a repair as workshop turnarounds would blow out extremely causing aggravated customers especially in peak season (Spring & Summer).

All repairs have a 30 day warranty from the date you picked up your machine. Warranty covers all work that was performed and does not cover separate issues your machine might be having.

Taking your machine elsewhere during the 30 day warranty period voids warranty.
